Product Description

This product is a Hong Kong region Apple Gift Card / App Store Gift Card digital code, applicable for topping up Hong Kong region Apple ID accounts.

After redemption, the balance will be credited to the corresponding Apple ID account and can be used to purchase or pay for related digital content and services within the Apple ecosystem, such as:

• App Store app purchases
• In-app purchases / Subscription services
• iCloud storage
• Apple Music and other digital services
• Some items that support Apple ID balance payment

This product is in the form of a digital redemption code; no physical card will be sent, and it does not support purchasing physical hardware. The redemption code will be sent after placing the order. Please confirm that your Apple ID region is Hong Kong before purchasing. Once the redemption code is sent, it is considered a virtual digital product and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Redeem

• Open App Store
• Tap the profile picture in the top right corner
• Select Redeem Gift Card or Code
• Select Enter Code Manually
• Enter the redemption code received
• Tap Redeem, and the balance will be credited to the current Apple ID account

• Please confirm that your Apple ID is for the Hong Kong region; redemption cannot be guaranteed for accounts from other regions.
• Digital codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once issued.
• Please ensure the correct account is logged in before redeeming. After successful redemption, the balance will be credited to the current Apple ID.
• If redemption fails, please provide a screenshot of the failure and a screenshot of your Apple ID region for assistance with troubleshooting.
